Editorial review

PDF Suite is a decent application for creating, editing and converting PDF documents. It gives you a lot of freedom while working with PDFs and can be a great alternative to dull and basic applications that don't allow you to do anything but viewing and changing fonts.

The program allows you to work with text and images, split one large document into smaller ones, merge separate documents into a single file, convert other documents to PDF and edit them, create PDF forms and fill them in, etc etc. You can do pretty much anything with this program, from really basic editing like changing fonts and resizing images, to advanced ones like using sticky notes or digitally signing the documents. Thus, this program meets the requirements of all categories of users.

A great advantage of this software is the fact that it offers rather high level of protection. It secures your files with 256-bit passwords that are almost impossible to hack. It will be very useful for those who work with private and secret documents and leave their computer unwatched.

The program comes with a fee. The good news is you can give it a 14 day free test drive to make sure you like it. After that, you are supposed to pay $59.95 which is still cheaper than most popular PDF editors. Many users don't want to pay for software, but in case with PDF documents payment is something that you can't skip (at least if you are looking for a decent set of features), so the best thing you can do is find a program that is comparatively cheap. In the limelight of this consideration, PDF Suite is a great tool to purchase.
